For the Child
Children grow up and become a part of our society. Therefore, every child has to be aware of their surroundings, become independent and communicate appropriately. First, they must be able to communicate their feelings and behave appropriately at certain times and places. Concentration, thinking, prevocational and other skills can then be developed. To ensure this wholesome development of the child and based on the assessment and requirement of each child, ELC provides the following services:
1. Morning school
Days and timings - Monday to Friday, 10.00am to 3.00pm
There are two groups in the morning.
a)'EXPLORE'- The early intervention group (Age group:4 to 7 years)
b)'EXPRESS'- The functional academic group (Age group:7 to 15 years)
c)'EXPERIENCE'- The prevocational & Life skill group (Age group:7 to 15 years)
Each group has are 4-8 children supervised by two teachers each. Thus, appropriate individual attention is also provided.
A combination of a group session and appropriate individual attention helps a child to improve academically and socially.
Children develop friendships and learn to work with one another.

Home is where the child is for most of his/her day. The parent is the best teacher and friend to the child. With home plans, we help the parents work with their child at home. We provide individual home plans for children who are not yet ready to go to school and also for those who need more help at home.
